ABOUT ME
Heather McKay
I’m a qualified One of Many™ Women’s Life Coach, Writer and Solicitor, helping mid-life women move from burnout and decision fatigue to intention and clarity; creating lives of balance and fulfilment in an authentic, sustainable way.
My path here wasn’t straightforward. For over a decade I worked as a Solicitor in the corporate world, building a career while raising a young family. From the outside, I had it all, yet on the inside, I often felt exhausted and overwhelmed.
Discovering coaching changed everything. Now, through Irissa, I live that purpose every day, combining my passion for writing and teaching, my coaching expertise, and the analytical rigour of my legal background.
